Unsuccessful attempts to manage IT
Jocelyn, the co-founder and CTO of Faume, has always been passionate about IT. His experiences at My Little Paris and Running Hero taught him the importance of maintaining a straightforward IT organization to avoid chaos as the company grows. From the start, Jocelyn managed IT at Faume, working closely with his co-founder and CEO, who handles HR and finance.
To streamline IT with part of the team working remotely, Jocelyn initially leased reconditioned computers from Rzilient. However, after facing repeated malfunctions and realizing the high cost of leasing (€1,800 to €2,500 for a €1,200 computer), he decided to purchase directly from Apple.
Faume's employees use Macs to ensure simplified and secure fleet management. For tracking, Jocelyn used a regularly updated Notion page, but it only covered computers, not accessories.

“I recommend Primo to all companies that want to save time and offer a quality experience to their employees.”
