“Primo is our new secret weapon for welcoming our new talents and managing our employees. Primo has become essential to help Faume grow rapidly, allowing us to save valuable time and effort.”

We rolled out Primo’s MDM across our fleet of 250 devices six months ago, and it’s been a great and smooth experience. It significantly streamlined my daily work and saved me a considerable amount of time.

We were looking for a comprehensive tool to give us a 360° view of our IT fleet, and we're delighted to have found Primo, which meets our expectations and those of our employees with an all-in-one platform that's getting better every day.

Iru announced Windows and Android support in late 2025, on top of its historical Apple base. Its depth on Windows and Android is still maturing, while Linux support isn't documented. Primo manages Mac, Windows and Linux at the same depth from one console, with mobile on top.
The building blocks exist on Iru's side, but as separate modules, billed and quoted individually. Primo bundles MDM, EDR, identity, compliance and hardware purchasing into one offer at a per-device price. For a 50–500-person IT team, that's one point of contact, one contract, one invoice, instead of separate negotiations.
Our team has already migrated several Kandji fleets to Primo. The timeline depends on fleet size and policy complexity, but the order of magnitude is weeks, not months. An evaluation call is free before any commitment.
Both take a “European” approach. Iru positions its EDR as European-hosted, with the other modules to validate case by case. Primo is natively European: French company, data hosted in Europe, DPA contracts ready to sign, support and sales based in France.
No. Iru integrates asset-management tools (AssetPanda, Snipe-IT, Reftab, JupiterOne, Oomnitza) but doesn't sell Mac or PC hardware in the platform. With Primo, purchasing is part of the offer: Macs and PCs delivered pre-configured in 70+ countries, wired into the HRIS-driven onboarding workflow.
