Can I keep M365 and use Primo alongside it?

Primo doesn't replace Office, Teams or Outlook. It adds an IT-orchestration layer and replaces the third-party tools you probably run alongside Intune: SaaS management, procurement, HRIS sync. Most customers keep M365 for productivity and use Primo for everything else.

What's the benefit of Primo if I already have the E3 licence?

Intune in E3 covers Windows device management. Primo covers what E3 doesn't: SaaS management, hardware procurement, automatic HRIS sync, MDM at parity on macOS and Linux, and integrated EDR without an E5 licence.

Does Primo manage Windows devices as well as Intune?

Yes. Primo supports Windows Autopilot, configuration policies and update management. The difference: Primo applies exactly the same logic to macOS, Linux, iOS and Android — no coverage gap by OS.

How long does migration from Intune take?

Migration from Intune is supported by our team end to end and typically takes a few weeks. It includes policy transfer, device re-enrollment and access reconfiguration.

What about GDPR and SOC 2 compliance?

Primo is SOC 2 Type II certified, with European hosting and a full audit trail. Direct integrations with Vanta, Drata and Bastion for automated compliance.
