Hexnode covers Android TV, Fire OS, visionOS and kiosks — is that a problem for my fleet?

If your fleet includes retail kiosks, hospitality terminals or multi-site IoT, Hexnode covers more OSes than Primo. If you're a 50–500-person tech company with an in-house IT team and a hybrid MacBook + Windows fleet driven by your HRIS, Primo is built for you.

Hexnode offers Okta SSO, Hexnode Access and an XDR module — does Primo do the equivalent?

Yes. Primo bundles identity and EDR into the per-device price, not as a separate module or gated by tier. On Hexnode, advanced Okta Device Trust and Hexnode Access sit in higher tiers, and Hexnode XDR is sold separately from the UEM.

Why does Primo bill in euros, not dollars?

European procurement teams think in euros, sign contracts in euros and budget in euros. Hexnode bills in USD. For European SMB and mid-market CFOs, that's one less variable to manage.

How many IT admins can use Primo?

As many as you want — no extra cost, no tiers. On Hexnode, the number of included technicians is capped by plan tier; beyond that, it's a tier upgrade.

Can you migrate from Hexnode to Primo?
