MDM
Compliance Alerts

We just shipped a brand new compliance module and it changes the way you keep your fleet in check.

Spot non-compliant devices the moment they drift, not the moment you think to check.

You define the rules, Primo does the rest:

  • Every device in your fleet is monitored continuously and re-evaluated at each sync, encryption, EDR, OS, MDM status and so on.
  • So the data you're looking at is always accurate. Navigate quickly to the device details and take action.
  • A compliance badge now appears on each employee profile, giving you an instant view of how many of their devices are out of line.

Also available via the Public API and Primo MCP, pipe your alerts into your own tools, dashboards, or AI agents.

Accessories improvements

Accessories management just got a major upgrade in Primo.

You can now manage accessories with much more flexibility, better tracking, and smoother workflows across your inventory.

Take a look at what's new:

  • Upload and export accessories via CSV
  • Create custom views using filters
  • More settings and display options across the Accessories section
  • Improved tag management for easier organization
  • A new “Other” accessory type for custom items
  • Quantity tracking for shared accessories
  • Condition tracking to keep your inventory accurate over time

This update makes it much easier to maintain a clean, reliable accessories inventory as your fleet grows.

MDM Controls
MDM Updates: smoother onboarding and more Linux controls

We shipped a few highly requested improvements to MDM in Primo:

OS updates are no longer forced during Zero Touch Deployment

During ZTD, OS updates will no longer be triggered automatically. Employees can now go through device setup without interruptions, and update their computer when it makes sense for them.

This makes onboarding faster, smoother, and much less frustrating on day one.

More Linux MDM Controls

We also expanded Linux support with new Controls, including:

  • USB blocking
  • WiFi configuration

And this is just the start, more Linux and Android controls are coming soon!
