Challenge

With offices in Paris, Barcelona, and Lille, Skello faced a coordination challenge: multiple sales teams across different countries, time-consuming onboarding processes, and the lack of a consolidated view of its fleet of 380 devices. As the startup continued to grow, this lack of centralized tools became an operational bottleneck.

Solution

Skello chose Primo for its ability to centralize the entire IT workflow within a single tool: ordering, automatic assignment via HRIS integration, device monitoring, and compliance management. Skello’s IT team relies on Primo to conduct weekly sessions focused on security and compliance, enabling a gradual and structured improvement in IT maturity.

Results
  • End-to-end onboarding workflow centralized in Primo
  • HRIS integration for automatic device assignment
  • Remote device monitoring to diagnose fleet issues
  • Weekly security and compliance sessions with Primo teams
  • AI agent to automate security reporting

A fragmented IT setup before Primo

Before Primo, Skello’s IT management relied on multiple vendors depending on the country, with no consolidated view of the entire fleet. Ordering devices for Paris was one thing; doing it for the Barcelona office required additional coordination. And without a centralized tool, IT decisions were based on scattered data.

Onboarding was the most costly friction point. Setting up a workstation, preparing it, and shipping it to the right employee in the right country: every new hire required precious time. “We were losing a lot of time on onboarding, because it means setting everything up. And I didn’t have the centralized view that’s essential for making the best decisions.”

End-to-end centralized tracking

With Primo, Skello now has a single, intuitive, and efficient platform. Integration with the company’s HRIS automatically assigns ordered devices to incoming employees, directly from Primo. From the purchase order to the configured delivery, the workflow is fully streamlined.

Device tracking is a particularly valued feature: when an employee reports a problem (full storage, degraded performance), Fuki can diagnose the situation remotely, without any on-site visit or manual intervention. And to go even further, Primo’s AI agent will automate security and compliance reporting, gaining even more operational efficiency. “We have a much broader view through the dashboard, and we make better decisions.”

Professionalized IT: security, compliance and support

Beyond operational gains, Primo has triggered a genuine IT maturity leap at Skello. Weekly sessions dedicated to security and compliance, based on Primo's cockpit, have helped structure practices that simply didn’t exist before. “Before Primo, we didn’t have that. With Primo, it helps us put all of it front and center.”

For a scale-up operating across multiple countries, working with a modern player, compliant with applicable standards and offering responsive support, is a real differentiator. Less friction day-to-day, an IT posture that grows with the company, with the assurance of being supported by teams that understand the challenges.
